Hi, we’re Sarah and Ihaia — or 'E' for short — the husband-and-wife team behind Hamilton Pet Transport.
 

Ihaia is the friendly face you’ll most often see on the road, safely transporting pets to their destinations with care and confidence. I’m Sarah, and while I help with transport too, I’m usually the one you’ll be in touch with — handling bookings, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

We’re pet lovers and proud pet parents ourselves! Our home is filled with love (and fur) thanks to our gorgeous dog and sassy rabbit — all adored by us and our two children. We know how deep the bond is between pets and their people — and why we care so deeply about the work we do.
 

Hamilton Pet Transport was born out of my time working as a pet motel manager, where I discovered just how much I loved making sure animals were well cared for — especially during times that could feel stressful for them.

With a background in business management, I decided to combine my two passions: running my own business and meeting the unique needs of animals when they travel. I absolutely adore getting to know each pet’s personality — no two are ever the same, and that’s part of what makes this work so rewarding.
