Hi, we're Sarah and Ihaia — or "E" for short — the husband-and-wife team behind Hamilton Pet Transport. We're a small, family-run pet transport business based in Hamilton, moving much-loved pets safely across New Zealand and overseas.

Ihaia is the friendly face you'll most often see on the road, driving pets to their destinations with calm and care. Sarah looks after bookings, answers your questions, and makes sure every journey runs smoothly — from the first phone call to the moment your pet arrives.
Between us, you'll always deal with a real person who knows your pet by name, not a call centre.
Pet lovers and proud pet parents
We don't just transport pets — we live with them. Our home is full of love (and fur) thanks to our gorgeous dog and one very sassy rabbit, both thoroughly spoiled by us and our two children. Because we're pet parents ourselves, we know how hard it is to hand your animal over to someone else. That bond is exactly why we treat every pet in our care the way we'd want our own to be treated.
Sarah brings a background in business management, and Hamilton Pet Transport lets her combine two passions: running her own business and caring for animals on the move. Getting to know each pet's personality is her favourite part of the job — no two are ever the same, and that's what keeps this work so rewarding.
